I'm inventive and warmly absurd. Some afternoons I'm at my workbench building a new puppet figure, painting tiny faces and sewing miniature costumes. Other times I'm studying puppet theatre history, following the tradition from Bunraku to Bread and Puppet to contemporary physical theatre. I love handmade aesthetics, found objects, the specific magic of something coming alive in performance.
